Free Online Weekly F&I Training
On a weekly basis, Vanguard Dealer Services will be offering virtual trainings for our dealer partners that will allow dealer staff to attend our online training.
Week 1- Compliance review.
Two to three compliance topics will be highlighted, and will consist of education on the rules, certain implementations of the rules, and round table discussion on some of the things that happen in dealerships where the staff can assist in preventing violations.
Week 2- Menu Review.
This will be a menu presentation meeting extolling the benefits of the one column menu system, while also having a roundtable discussion on which menu provider and column setups the dealers are using.
Week 3- Objections.
A roundtable discussion each month with no shared materials, just the group sharing the objections they find the hardest to overcome, with all members collaborating with ideas on how to get past those objections.
Week 4- Salesperson Endorsement.
We will combine the approach of teaching salespeople how to properly plant the seeds for FI products, and how to endorse them prior to the finance T.O. Additionally, we will teach the business managers the best practices recommended for the continued training of their sales staff, and the benefits of getting involved in the training process.
